No. SCNE brings members to your venue in person: they find you in the app, book through your own booking system and show the QR code on their member card when they visit. There are no delivery orders and no commission on bookings.

Venues start on a free plan with no setup fee. Paid plans with more reach, such as featured placements and more listings, are available on request: email partners@scne.ae and the team will talk you through them.

Any Dubai lifestyle business — restaurants, cafés, clubs, rooftop bars, beach clubs, hotels, villas, yacht charters, spas, gyms, salons, galleries, activity venues, supercar rentals, boutiques. If guests come for the vibe, SCNE works for you.

When you have space to fill, pick an offer, choose when it runs and how many people can claim it, and send it to SCNE members in your emirate: everyone, members who haven't visited you in the last 90 days, or lapsed guests who last came 2 to 6 months ago. You can narrow it to members into a theme, such as food or wellness, or to certain areas. Members it reaches see it in the app, those who have said yes to offer notifications can also get a push between 10am and 9pm, and you can show it in Discover too. You can send two offers a day, and every claim and redemption is tracked back to the offer.

Yes. Staff scan the member's live QR and, for a percentage offer, enter the bill total. Insights then shows your redemptions, the discount given and what members spent, offer by offer.
