Best Dubai Apps for Restaurant Loyalty and Repeat Visits, Compared (2026)

The Short Answer
The best app for restaurant loyalty in Dubai depends on what you need more of. To bring in new guests who might become regulars, Dubai venues use member and offer networks: The ENTERTAINER and Smiles for 2-for-1 offers, SupperClub for bookings at premium venues, Privilee for hotels, beach clubs and gyms, and SCNE for member offers, events and listings. To keep the regulars you already have, the tools are your own: a guest CRM with email and WhatsApp marketing such as SevenRooms or Eat App, or a digital stamp card such as Be Loyal.
Most venues end up using one of each: a network that sends new people through the door, and their own tools to remember them and bring them back.
Disclosure: SCNE (SCNE Influence Technologies FZCO) publishes this guide and runs SCNE for Venues, one of the platforms compared. SCNE's full launch for members in Dubai is in November 2026; venues can apply now.
Checked on 21 October 2026. Every fact about another company comes from that company's own website, linked in its section and under Sources. Terms, fees and features change, so check with each provider before you sign.
Two Kinds of Platform
Networks that send you guests. These apps have their own members, who open them to decide where to go. You give an offer (2-for-1, money off or a perk) and the app puts you in front of its members. They are good at first visits; repeat visits depend on your offer, your venue and how often a member can use the offer.
Tools that keep your own guests. A guest CRM or a digital stamp card works with people who have already visited. You hold the guest relationship and the data, and you pay for the software. They don't bring new people on their own.

The Platforms Compared
Listed by type, not ranked: the member networks first, then the tools for your own guests.
1. The ENTERTAINER
Website: theentertainerme.com
What it is: A prepaid membership app of mostly buy-one-get-one-free offers on dining, attractions, wellness and hotels. Members buy a yearly edition: ENTERTAINER UAE 2027 is AED 650.
How it brings guests back: Members use your offers through the year, and family members on the same account share them. The ENTERTAINER's merchant page lists higher footfall, promotion through digital advertising, timely offers and data insights, and says partners can also appear in the apps of its corporate partners (The ENTERTAINER for Business builds rewards and benefits programmes for other companies).
Cost and joining: Apply through the Become a Partner form on its website. The merchant page doesn't publish fees.
Best for: Casual and family dining, cafés and attractions that want volume from couples, families and groups.
Worth knowing: A 2-for-1 gives the second item away, so set it on items whose margin can carry it, and agree exclusion days and outlet rules up front.
2. Smiles (e&)
Website: smiles.ae
What it is: e&'s free rewards app, with food and grocery delivery and dine-in vouchers, including 2-for-1s. Members can subscribe to Smiles Unlimited (AED 29 a month), which includes unlimited 2-for-1 vouchers across dining, wellness and entertainment.
How it brings guests back: Members pick a dine-in voucher in the app and show it at your restaurant. Because Smiles also does delivery, your brand can reach the same people at home and in person.
Cost and joining: Smiles's Partner with Smiles page asks businesses to get in touch ([email protected]). It says terms vary by business type and offer, with a tailored proposal, and that partners are promoted through in-app banners, notifications and email.
Best for: Restaurants and cafés with broad appeal, especially those already on delivery.
Worth knowing: Members collect vouchers in advance and they expire, so expect planned visits rather than walk-ins.
3. SupperClub
Website: supperclubme.com
What it is: A dining and lifestyle membership. Members book an offer through SupperClub, and the venue charges the SupperClub price on the bill, with no voucher or code. Memberships on its site run from AED 175 for six months to AED 595 for a year, plus a one-month visitor pass at AED 39.
How it brings guests back: SupperClub says members can use offers as often as they like, and everyone in the booking gets the discount. The venue receives each booking by email with the member's details. SupperClub says it partners only with five-star and premium restaurants, spas and hotels.
Cost and joining: Contact SupperClub through its website; its site doesn't publish venue terms.
Best for: Premium and hotel restaurants that want bookings from groups who dine out often.
Worth knowing: The discount applies to the whole party, so price the offer for group bookings, and agree which dates it is open for booking.
4. Privilee
Website: privilee.ae
What it is: A membership for pool, beach, gym and class access at partner hotels, resorts and clubs, with restaurant and spa savings. Members pay from AED 579 a month on an annual plan.
How it brings guests back: Members return for access, especially at weekends, and spend on food and drink while they are there; its home page also lists savings at restaurants, bars and lounges.
Cost and joining: We found no public venue application or fee page on privilee.ae, so contact Privilee directly.
Best for: Hotels, beach clubs and gyms with spare daytime capacity and food and drink to sell.
Worth knowing: It suits venues with a pool, beach or gym more than stand-alone restaurants.
5. SCNE for Venues
Website: scne.ae/for-venues
What it is: SCNE is a lifestyle membership app for people who live in Dubai. Members use it to find events, places and things to do, and SCNE+ members get offers at partner venues. SCNE for Venues is the partner side: your venue page, your member offer, your events and your partner dashboard.
How it brings guests back: You set one member offer, such as money off the bill, a 2-for-1 or free entry, and choose the days and times it runs and how many times each member can use it each month (it resets on the 1st, and members see how many uses they have left). Members find you in the app's categories, search, map and Discounts tab, RSVP to your events and can follow your venue. You can also write offers just for cabin crew, teachers or healthcare workers, and aim events at them or at hospitality teams and fitness pros.
How it works at the venue: The member shows the QR code on their SCNE member card and your team scans it in the SCNE partner app; the code refreshes every 30 seconds. The Book button opens your own booking system, with no commission on bookings. Your partner dashboard shows member redemptions and booking clicks from SCNE, and one login can run several businesses.
Cost and joining: A free plan with no setup fee; paid plans with more reach (featured placements and more listings) are available on request from [email protected]. You apply online and SCNE reviews every partner before its listing goes live.
Best for: Restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs and activity venues in Dubai that want new local guests and a reason for them to come back.
Worth knowing: SCNE is the newest platform here and opens to members in November 2026, so its member base is still being built; the established networks above have longer track records and established member bases. It is not a stamp card or a rewards scheme, and it doesn't replace a guest CRM. More: fill quiet weekdays and bring regulars back.
6. SevenRooms
Website: sevenrooms.com
What it is: A reservations, guest CRM and marketing platform used by restaurants in Dubai. It builds guest profiles from bookings, orders and waitlists, and runs email and SMS campaigns with automation and reporting.
How it brings guests back: Automated messages to past guests (a birthday, a lapsed regular, a new menu), using the visit history you hold. Its Dubai page lists case studies of venues that track covers and revenue from automated emails.
Cost and joining: Its pricing page doesn't list prices; book a demo.
Best for: Restaurants and groups with steady reservations that want to run their own guest marketing.
Worth knowing: It works with the guests you already have, so pair it with a way to reach new ones.
7. Eat App
Website: eatapp.co
What it is: Reservations and table management with a guest database, marketing campaigns and WhatsApp messaging. Founded in 2015, with offices in the UAE, the United States and India.
How it brings guests back: Automatic tags for VIPs and regulars, post-dining surveys and targeted email campaigns built from your guest database.
Cost and joining: A free plan for small venues (up to 100 guests a month), and plans billed yearly at USD 99 a month (Lite), USD 199 (Core) and USD 389 (Pro), each with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: Independent restaurants that want reservations and guest marketing in one tool at a published price.
Worth knowing: Check which marketing and messaging features each plan includes before you choose.
8. Be Loyal
Website: beloyal.io
What it is: A Dubai company that makes digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, such as stamp cards and membership cards, with push notifications and a CRM dashboard. Guests add the card to their phone's wallet, with no app to install, and its plans include QR sign-up posters.
How it brings guests back: The classic stamp card ("your sixth coffee is on us"), kept in the guest's phone wallet, with reminders.
Cost and joining: A seven-day free trial, and plans from AED 180 a month on its pricing page.
Best for: Cafés, bakeries and quick-service venues with frequent, small visits.
Worth knowing: It rewards guests you already have; it doesn't bring new ones.
How to Choose
- New guests or regulars? If the tables are empty, start with a network that sends people (The ENTERTAINER, Smiles, SupperClub, Privilee or SCNE). If you're busy but people don't come back, start with your own tools (a CRM or a stamp card).
- Who holds the guest relationship? With a CRM or a wallet card, the guest data is yours. With a member network, the network holds the membership; ask what you can see, such as redemptions and booking clicks.
- How deep, and how often? Set an offer you can afford on every visit, then limit how often it can be used: a monthly limit per member on SCNE, or offers per merchant on The ENTERTAINER.
- Which days and hours? Keep offers off your busiest services. On SCNE you choose the days and times; on SupperClub, availability follows its booking calendar.
- What does it cost? Compare annual software fees, booking fees and the discount itself. Some platforms publish prices (Eat App and Be Loyal); most give them on request.
- What happens at the till? A QR scan, a voucher on the guest's phone or a booking under the member's name: pick what your team can do on a busy night.
A Simple Repeat-Visit Plan for a Dubai Restaurant
- Make the first visit easy: a clear offer on one network, aimed at your quiet slots.
- Capture the guest: a booking in your own system, or a wallet stamp card at the till.
- Give a reason to return: an event, a seasonal menu or a weekday lunch, listed where your guests look.
- Measure monthly: redemptions, booking clicks and repeat bookings; drop what doesn't bring people back.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best loyalty app for restaurants in Dubai?
There isn't one best app, because the platforms do different jobs. Member networks such as The ENTERTAINER, Smiles, SupperClub and SCNE bring new guests; guest CRMs such as SevenRooms and Eat App, and wallet stamp cards such as Be Loyal, help you keep the guests you have. Many Dubai restaurants use one of each.
Do 2-for-1 apps bring repeat customers?
They are good at bringing people in for a first visit. Whether those guests come back at full price depends on the experience and on giving them a reason to return, such as an event or a new menu. Limiting the offer to quiet days and times protects your margin.
Should a restaurant run its own loyalty programme?
If you have frequent, small visits, such as a café, a stamp card or wallet card is simple and cheap. If you take reservations, a guest CRM lets you message regulars and lapsed guests. Either way, it works best alongside a channel that brings new guests.
How does SCNE help restaurants get repeat visits?
You set a standing member offer, choose the days and times it runs and how many times each member can use it each month, and list events and specials. SCNE+ members redeem the offer in person by showing their member QR code, and your partner dashboard shows redemptions and booking clicks from SCNE.
How much does SCNE cost for a venue?
Venues start on a free plan with no setup fee. Paid plans with more reach are available on request from [email protected].
How do I join SCNE as a venue?
Apply at scne.ae/for-venues. SCNE reviews every partner before its listing goes live.
Going out in Dubai yourself? Join the SCNE waitlist: full launch November 2026.
